04-197 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the July 26, 2004 special Council meeting as circulated.

Carried

Councillor Hindle declared a pecuniary interest on the following motions and vacated his chair and did not participate in the closed session.

04-198 That the Township of McKellar, pursuant to Section 239(2)(d) of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, move into closed session at 4:05.

04-199 That the Township of McKellar come out of closed session at 4:25 p.m. and reconvene the meeting.

04-200 That the Township of McKellar accept the reports and recommendations arising from the closed session held July 29, 2004.

04-201 That the Township of McKellar forward the attached list of recommendations to the Ministry of Natural Resources to assist in relieving the nuisance bear problem at the waste disposal site.

04-202 That the Township of McKellar adjourn to meet again on August 3, 2004 or at the call of the Reeve. Meeting adjourned at 4:48 p.m.
