04-190 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the July 19, 2004 Council meeting as circulated.

04-191 That the Township of McKellar instruct the Clerk to request the Ministry of Natural Resources, Parry Sound, be pro active in regards to the bear problem by taking immediate action to resolve the bear situation at the McKellar Landfill Site. Numerous attempts to alleviate the problem have been unsuccessful and immediate action must be taken before someone is seriously injured or there is a fatality.
