04-161 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the June 7, 2004 Council meeting as circulated.

04-162 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2004-16, being a by-law to amend By-law No. 88-14 (Noise By-law), First and Second reading.

04-164 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Township of Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards' resolution requesting "that the Legislative Assembly of Ontario abandon the implementation of and immediately repeal regulation 170/03 as well as amending the pertinent enabling legislation."
