04- 04-115 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the April 28, 2004 Council meeting as circulated.

Visitors: Mrs. Barb Savile and Mrs. Muriel Junck from the McKellar Community Action Committee were in attendance to present Council with a donation of $5,544.31 to be used towards youth programs in the township. Reeve Moore thanked the members of the Action Committee for their volunteer fund raising activities and for their generous donation.

04-116 That the Township of McKellar approve General Government Voucher #3 in the amount of $155,186.05 as follows:

Community Centre 3,109.64

Fire Department 4,208.73

04-119 That the Township of McKellar support the Township of North Kawarthas's letter to the Minister of Tourism and Recreation outlining the Township's position on the Safe Drinking water Act and its financial impact on small private businesses.

04-120 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Town of North Perth's resolution requesting the Ministry of the Environment to "exempt small non-residential facilities which supply washroom facilities only from all portions of O.Reg 170/03."

04-121 That the Township of McKellar authorize the Deputy Clerk to attend the Freedom of Information seminar in North Bay on June 4, 2004. Costs to be paid.

04-122 That the Township of McKellar rescind resolution No. 03-245 appointing Reeve Moore to the Belvedere Heights Board of Management due to the Board's inflexibility regarding meeting times.
