04-111 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the April 19, 2004 Council meeting as circulated.

04-112 WHEREAS the Council of the Township of McKellar held a special meeting of Council on April 3, 2004 pursuant to Section 26(1) of the Planning Act for the purpose of determining the need for a revision to the Township's Official Plan;

AND WHEREAS Council has considered the comments received at the special meeting of Council and those of its planning consultant regarding the need for a revision to the Township's Official Plan;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that the Council of the Township of McKellar hereby determine that a revision to the Township's Official Plan as amended by Official Plan Amendment No.5 is not required at this time.
