04-103 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the April 5, 2004 Council meeting as circulated.

Carried

Visitors: Mrs. Myrna Fenton was present to request that Council consider providing year round maintenance to those roads which are currently public but unassumed and which are on plans of subdivision which were approved before subdivision control was put in place in 1970. Mrs. Fenton also requested that a meeting be set up in the summer to meet with the residents of Plan 249 to see if this matter can be resolved. Reeve Moore thanked Mrs. Fenton for attending and advising Council of her views.

04-104 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2004-08, being a by-law to amend By-law No. 00-05 (Building By-law), Third reading and Passed in Open Council this 19^th day of April, 2004.

04-105 That the Township of McKellar accept the tender of Da-Lee Dust Control in the amount of $58,777.67 for the supply and application of liquid calcium as per quote.

Visitors: Mr. Paul Hennig requested to address Council regarding the Parry Sound Area Regional Development Task Force and to invite Reeve Moore to a meeting on April 30, 2004 with the Task Force and other Heads of Council to discuss the results of the development priorities questionnaire which was circulated to area municipalities. Reeve Moore stated that Council would be answering the questionnaire and the results would be compiled and forwarded to the Community Business and Development Centre.

04-109 That the Township of McKellar donate $200.00 to the McDougall School Council to be used towards the Victoria Day long weekend fireworks display at McDougall School.
