04-83 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the March 15, 2004 Council meeting as circulated.

Carried

Visitors: Ms. Mary Bourgeois was present to advise Council of her submission to volunteer on the Northern Shores District Health Council. Council thanked Ms. Bourgeois for attending and advised that Council would be supporting her appointment to the Health Council.

Mr. Mark Crocker and Ms. Adrienne Golden from the West Parry Sound District Museum were present to update Council on operations at the museum. Mr. Crocker briefly went through the museum's business plan and programming for 2004. Ms. Golden reviewed the current finances of the museum and requested that Council consider increasing its financial contribution. Reeve Moore thanked the museum members for attending and stated that the requested funding increase would be discussed during Council's budget deliberations.

Councillor Naklowych declared a pecuniary interest on the following motions and vacated his chair.
