04-17 That the Township of McKellar endorse the City of Sarnia's resolution requesting the "McGuinty government to immediately review the current assessment system and to correct a number of the injustices that are occurring and to immediately review the so-called "tax fairness legislation" that is mandating communities to shift the tax burden from multi-residential industrial commercial to residential."

04-18 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Municipality of West Elgin's resolution requesting that "the Minister of Revenue pass a regulation to exempt the "omitted assessment" for trailers for the 2003 taxation year."
