04-11 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the January 5, 2004 Council meeting as circulated, as amended.

04-12 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2004-02, being a by-law to permit the operation of ATV's on municipal highways, First and Second reading.

04-13 That the Township of McKellar approve General Government Voucher #12 in the amount of $104,664.39 as follows:

04-15 That the Township of McKellar, pursuant to Section 283(7) of the Municipal Act, have reviewed the one-third deemed expense allowance for Councillors and confirm that no change to the current policy is required.

04-17 That the Township of McKellar endorse the City of Sarnia's resolution requesting the "McGuinty government to immediately review the current assessment system and to correct a number of the injustices that are occurring and to immediately review the so-called "tax fairness legislation" that is mandating communities to shift the tax burden from multi-residential industrial commercial to residential."

04-18 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Municipality of West Elgin's resolution requesting that "the Minister of Revenue pass a regulation to exempt the "omitted assessment" for trailers for the 2003 taxation year."
