Notice of Fireworks By-law No. 2012-13

Please be advised that the Council of the Township of McKellar passed By-law No. 2012-13, being a by-law to regulate the setting off of Fireworks in the Township. Section 4.1 states "4.1 No person shall set off consumer fireworks on any day or days during the year without a valid Fireworks Permit issued by the Chief Fire Official or his or her designate except on Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Family Day and Good Friday and the three days immediately preceding and/or following each of these days."

Noise By-law No. 2012-12

Please be advised that the Council of the Township of McKellar, at its regular meeting on September 4, 2012, passed By-law No. 2012-12, being a by-law to regulate noise in the Township.
