08-141 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2008-13, being a by-law to adopt the estimates of all sums required during the year 2008, First and Second reading.

08-145 That the Township of McKellar accept the tender of Transit Trailer Ltd. in the amount of $24,968.45 for the supply of one 20 ton tag-a-long trailer as per tender.

08-146 That the Township of McKellar tender for the supply and application of approximately 120,000 kg of H.F. 150 S Emulsion, 1300 tonnes Class II aggregate surface treatment and 4640 tonnes of 5/8's granular M supplied and applied as per the attached.

08-148 That the Township of McKellar endorse the City of Waterloo's resolution calling upon the Provincial government "to clarify and confirm that the 2008 Municipal Road and Bridge Infrastructure Investment is in fact a one time infusion of funds versus an annual contribution and that if this is the case, that the Provincial government provide long term and sustainable infrastructure funding to assist ... all upper, lower, and single tier municipalities in addressing their infrastructure roles and responsibilities."

08-149 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Canadian Auto Workers Union (CAW) urging the Ministry of Labour to "amend the Ontario Health and Safety Act to include a personal safety clause that would offer protection from emotional or psychological harm as well as from physical harm in the workplace."

08-150 That the Township of McKellar do not approve application for consent, file No. B51/2005 (Mallory) due to Official Plan and Zoning By-law non-conformance and recommend that the Parry Sound Area Planning Board deny the application.
