08-125 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the May 5, 2008 Council meeting as circulated.

08-126 That the Township of McKellar, pursuant to Section 239(2)(e) of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, as amended, move into closed session at 7:01 p.m. to discuss litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals.

08-129 That the Township of McKellar authorize the Reeve and Clerk to enter into a site plan agreement with the owners of 58 Tait's Island Road as per the attached.

08-132 That the Township of McKellar authorize the Reeve and Clerk to execute the attached Memorandum of Agreement between the North Bay Parry Sound Health Unit and the Township of McKellar regarding the establishment and maintenance of a reserve fund.

08-133 That the Township of McKellar adopt the following policy regarding the Transfer Site hours on statutory Holidays:

New Year's Day - Closed                               Family Day - Closed
Good Friday - Closed                                      Easter Monday - Closed
Victoria Day - Open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.            Canada Day - Open if falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Wednesday
Civic Holiday - Open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.           Labour Day - Open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m
Thanksgiving Day - Open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.   Remembrance Day - Open if it falls on a Saturday, Sunday
                                                                                                            or Wednesday
Christmas Day - Closed                                  Boxing Day - Closed

The above hours are subject to change at Council's discretion.
