08-104 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the April 21, 2008 Council meeting as circulated.

08-105 That the Township of McKellar approve application for consent, file No. B4/2008 (Little) subject to the various commenting agency approvals and the applicant deeding a right of way to the severed parcel. The applicant shall meet the parkland requirements of the municipality and enter into an agreement under Section 51(26) of the Planning Act to recognize and provide for the private access to the lands.

08-106 That the Township of McKellar approve application for consent, file No. B8/2008 (Ridge at Manitou resubmission) subject to the various commenting agency approvals.

08-107 That the Township of McKellar approve application for consent, file No. B6/2008 (MB Investments) subject to the various commenting agency approvals and the applicant entering into an unassumed road improvement agreement which will be registered on title to all properties pursuant to Section 51(26) of the Planning Act. Approval subject to an Official Plan Amendment to permit access and to designate the property Waterfront and also rezoning the subject lands to a special provision to designate the lands as waterfront (WF 3) and to increase the front yard setback provision to 30 metres. All lots to have a 20 metre deeded access.
