08-28 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2008-05, being a by-law to authorize the submission of an application under the Municipal Infrastructure Investment Initiative, First and Second reading.

08-34 That the Township of McKellar endorse the City of Port Colborne's resolution petitioning the Federal and Provincial Governments "to establish a national plan to eliminate the municipal infrastructure deficit through the provision of equitable long-term funding strategies, to prepare the groundwork for effective management in the future and to undertake a comprehensive, national study, involving all three orders of government, to determine the size, scope and geographic characteristic of the municipal infrastructure deficit."
