08-18 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the January 7, 2008 Council meeting as circulated.

Visitors: Mr. Jim Dyment, Planner, representing Wyeridge-McKellar Developments Inc. was present to advise Council that the final reports for the proposed fractional ownership development have been completed. Mr. Dyment advised that the reports are available on their website at www.wyeridge-mckellar.com . The Clerk also stated that a link had been set up from the Township's website under the Public Notices section. Mr. Dyment requested that Council schedule a public meeting to allow for public comments on the reports and the peer review. Discussion ensued regarding the timing of the meeting. Reeve Moore stated that a public meeting could not be scheduled until the Township has a better idea when the peer review would be completed.

08-19 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2008-03, being a by-law to adopt Official Plan Amendment No. 6, First and Second reading.

08-25 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Municipality of North Grenville's resolution requesting the Province of Ontario to "commit 1/8th of the current 8% Provincial Sales Tax to Municipalities to fund Municipal Infrastructure Programs."
