07-265 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the November 19, 2007 Council meeting as circulated.

07-266 That the Township of McKellar approve General Government Voucher #11 in the amount of $149,826.36 as follows:

07-267 That the Township of McKellar approve Road Voucher #11 in the amount of 4,873.20.

07-268 That the Township of McKellar accept the tender of Algonquin Bridge in the amount of $58,760.00 for the supply and delivery of one new modular steel girder bridge subject to the manufacturer providing an acceptable method of connecting the bridge sections to eliminate all asphalt joints in the bridge wear deck, all as per tender.

07-269 That the Township of McKellar direct staff to process an Official Plan Amendment for Part of Lots 24 and 25, Concession 8 and 9 (Camp Manitou Inc.) to redesignate the lands from the Inn Commercial Expansion Area to the Waterfront Designation as per application. Lands to be included with proposed OPA #6. Application is hereby deemed to be complete. Staff are hereby further directed to redesignate the Murney lands from Inn Commercial Expansion Area to the Waterfront Designation and include in OPA #6.

07-270 That the Township of McKellar accept the quote of Jarvis Insulation in the amount of $1113.00 for the supply and application of blown insulation as per quote.

07-271 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley's resolution requesting "that the Ontario Fire Marshall (OFM) cover the cost associated with training and workshops should the OFM initiate new fire safety legislation."
