Reeve Moore called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

07-205 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the September 4, 2007 Council meeting as circulated.

07-206 That the Township of McKellar instruct the Clerk to retain the services of McCarthy Tetrault for issues arising out of the Wye Ridge Holdings Inc. proposed development and rezoning.

07-207 That the Township of McKellar accept the quote of Sanderson Monument Company in the amount of $19,950.00 for the supply and installation of a Cenotaph Memorial as per quote and Township specifications. Installation of memorial Cenotaph to be complete prior to November 8, 2007.
