07-164 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the July 16, 2007 Council meeting as circulated.

07-165 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2007-15, being a by-law to amend By-law No. 95-12 (Zoning by-law) for Part of Lots 15 and 16, Concession B, First and Second reading.

07-166 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2007-15, being a by-law to amend By-law No. 95-12 (Zoning by-law) for Part of Lots 15 and 16, Concession B, Third reading and Passed in Open Council this 7^th day of August, 2007.

07-167 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2007-16, being a by-law to amend By-law No. 95-12 (Zoning by-law) for Part of Lots 18 and 19, Concession B, First and Second reading.

07-170 That the Township of McKellar approve Road Voucher #7 in the amount of $96,893.86.

07-171 That the Township of McKellar accept the tender of Duncor Enterprises in the amount of $93,105.77 for the supply and application of double surface treatment as per tender.

07-172 That the Township of McKellar accept the quote of Fowler Construction in the amount of $77,163.91 for the supply and application of 4600 tonnes of granular M as per tender.

07-173 That the Township of McKellar accept the quote of Enviroharvest Inc. in the amount of $31,153.12 plus applicable taxes for the supply and installation of one 50 kW generator as per quote.

07-174 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Town of Parry Sound's resolution urging the defeat of Private Members Bill C-451, a bill to remove District of Parry Sound municipalities from those eligible for FedNor funding.

07-175 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Municipality of North Grenville's resolution calling on the Premier of Ontario to "issue written assurance that his Government will not implement a policy requiring meters on private residential wells now or at any time in the future."

07-176 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Town of Kingsville's resolution requesting that "the Province of Ontario ensure that volunteer and part time firefighters are defined as "firefighters" and treated equitably with their full time counterparts in accordance with the regulations detailed in Bill 221 - An Act to amend the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 with respect to firefighters and certain related occupations."

07-177 That the Township of McKellar declare November 14, 2007 as Diabetes Day in the Township of McKellar.

07-178 That the Township of McKellar authorize the Reeve and Clerk to execute the Bear Wise Community Funding Agreement.

07-179 That the Township of McKellar hereby deem application for an Official Plan Amendment, Part Lots 24 and 25, Concession 9 (MB Investments) as complete.
