07-145 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the June 18, 2007 Council meeting as circulated.

Visitors: Mr. John Pinnington and Mrs. Linda Lou Pinnington were present to request that Council undertake a thorough review of the proposed development on Part of Lots 27 and 28 in Concession 10 and also offered to Council their assistance if Council so required.

Mr. Cameron Ward was present to request that Council consider stopping up and closing the road allowance between Lot 26, Concession 11 and Lot 20, Concession B. Council stated that the road allowance is not currently for sale but would notify Mr. Ward if the road allowance became the topic of future discussions.

Ms. Marilyn Sparrow was present to inquire regarding the date that the Wye Ridge Holdings rezoning application was received. The Clerk indicated the application was received May 4, 2007. Ms. Sparrow also requested that Council consider rescinding the resolution to declare the application complete. Discussion ensued regarding the timing of the next public meeting and Ms. Sparrow requested that the Ministry of Municipal Affairs be requested to participate in the review process.

07-146 That the Township of McKellar approve General Government Voucher #6 in the amount of $362,467.90 as follows:

07-147 That the Township of McKellar approve Road Voucher #6 in the amount of $125,333.68.

07-148 That the Township of McKellar authorize the Reeve and Clerk to execute the Ontario Good Roads Association Municipal DataWorks data Provision Agreement.

07-149 That the Township of McKellar endorse the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry's resolution requesting the Province of Ontario "to separate the Farmland and Managed Forest component from the Ontario Municipal Partnership Fund; and, establish a separate and distinct Provincial funding program with 100% reimbursement to municipalities of their annual lost property tax revenue on farmland and managed forest properties."

07-150 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Municipality of Huron East's resolution expressing their frustration in obtaining approvals from the Ministry of the Environment under their legislation.

07-151 That the Township of McKellar accept the tender of Complete Western Star and Sterling Truck Service in the amount of $201,924.78 for the supply and delivery of one 2008 Side Tilt Combination Dump Body/Spreader Tandem Truck as per tender.

07-152 That the Township of McKellar accept the quote of Belair Recreational Products in the amount of $22,202.18 for the supply and delivery of playground equipment as per quote of July 3, 2007.

07-153 That the Township of McKellar adjourn to meet again on July 16, 2007 or at the call of the Reeve. Meeting adjourned at 9:35 p.m.
