07-137 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the June 4, 2007 Council meeting as circulated.

07-138 That the Township of McKellar, pursuant to Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, hereby determine that further notice is not required for changes made to proposed zoning by-law amendment for Concession 1, Part Lot 19.

07-139 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2007-14, being a by-law to amend the Zoning By-law for Part of Lot 19, Concession 1 (Barresi), First and Second reading.

07-140 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2007-14, being a by-law to amend the Zoning By-law for Part of Lot 19, Concession 1 (Barresi), Third reading and Passed in Open Council this 18^th day of June, 2007.

07-141 That the Township of McKellar hire Daniel Maude to the position of temporary public works labourer as per the attached.

07-142 That the Township of McKellar endorse the City of Port Colborne's resolution petitioning the Minister of Health "to immediately call for Health Canada to undertake a review of salvia divinorum and its derivatives to determine risks associated with the use of this substance and its widespread availability and with a view to taking the same proactive stance on the regulation of this substance for the health and safety of Canadians as other nations have for their citizens."

07-143 That the Township of McKellar notify Wye Ridge Holding Inc. that a peer review of the reports submitted for the Part Lot 27 and 28, Concession 10 Resort Development will be required by Council. All costs shall be borne by the developer.

07-144 That the Township of McKellar adjourn to meet again on July 3, 2007 or at the call of the Reeve. Meeting adjourned at 8:57 p.m.
