07-127 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the May 31, 2007 Special Council meeting as circulated.

07-128 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2007-13, being a by-law to deem Lots 17 and 18, Plan 254 not to be part of a registered Plan of Subdivision, First and Second reading.

07-129 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2007-13, being a by-law to deem Lots 17 and 18, Plan 254 not to be part of a registered Plan of Subdivision, Third reading and Passed in Open Council this 4th day of June, 2007.

07-130 That the Township of McKellar approve General Government Voucher #5 in the amount of $59,585.27 as follows:

07-131 That the Township of McKellar approve Road Voucher #5 in the amount of $48,658.83.

07-132 That the Township of McKellar request proposals for municipal software services.

07-133 That the Township of McKellar transfer the Township's share of the Health Unit 2006 surplus to the health care reserve account.

07-134 That the Township of McKellar direct staff to process a zoning by-law amendment for Part of Lots 15 and 16, Concession B (Cole) to rezone the property from the RU zone to the WF2 zone as per application and conditions of consent for file No. B35/2006. Application is hereby deemed to be complete.

07-135 That the Township of McKellar direct staff to process a zoning by-law amendment for Part of Lots 18 and 19, Concession B (Wallenius) to rezone part of the property from the C2 zone to the WF1 zone as per application and conditions of consent for file No. B9/2007. Application is hereby deemed to be complete.

07-136 That the Township of McKellar adjourn to meet again on June 18, 2007 or at the call of the Reeve. Meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
