Special Council Meeting Minutes May 31, 2007

Present: Reeve David Moore and Councillors Gerald Bell, Tamara Black, Jury Naklowych and Debbie Zulak

07-124 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the May 22, 2007 Council meeting as circulated.

Carried

 

Visitors: Mr. Robin Smith, Shayne Large and Gordon McKay were present to review with Council the report on the operational improvements to Lakeshore Road which were discussed at the May 25, 2007 site visit.

07-125 That the Township of McKellar direct staff to process a Zoning By-law amendment for Part of Lot 27 and 28, Concession 10 (Moore) to rezone the lands from the Waterfront 2 (WF2) Zone to a Special Provision zoning with a "holding" symbol to permit a tourist resort consisting of 55 stand alone cottages together with ancillary buildings and facilities as per application. Council hereby deems the rezoning application complete.
