07-110 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the May 7, 2007 Council meeting as circulated.

07-111 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2007-08, being a by-law to adopt the estimates of all sums required during the year 2007, Third reading and Passed in Open Council this 22nd day of May, 2007.

07-112 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2007-09, being a by-law to provide for the adoption of tax rates and to provide for penalty and interest in default of payment thereof, First and Second reading.

07-113 That the Township of McKellar give By-law No. 2007-09, being a by-law to provide for the adoption of tax rates and to provide for penalty and interest in default of payment thereof, Third reading and Passed in Open Council this 22nd day of May, 2007.

07-114 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2007-10, being a by-law to amend the Zoning By-law for Part of Lot 19, Concession 1 (Barresi), First and Second reading.

07-115 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2007-11, being a by-law to amend the Zoning By-law for Part of Lot 17, Concession B (Bisson), First and Second reading.

07-116 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2007-11, being a by-law to amend the Zoning By-law for Part of Lot 17, Concession B (Bisson), Third reading and Passed in Open Council this 22nd day of May 2007.

07-117 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2007-12, being a by-law to amend the Zoning By-law for Part of Lot 27, Concession 3 (Knight), First and Second reading.

07-118 That the Township of McKellar accept the letter of Brian Knight dated May 22, 2007 accepting responsibility to assume all costs to repair damage to the Hurdville Road as a result of a house trailer being moved onto his property. Repairs to be to the satisfaction of the Road Superintendent.

07-119 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2007-12, being a by-law to amend the Zoning By-law for Part of Lot 27, Concession 3 (Knight), Third reading and Passed in Open Council this 22nd day of May 2007.

Visitors: Mr. Bill Winter spoke to Council regarding maintenance of Burnett's Road and the petition which was submitted. General discussion ensued.

07-120 That the Township of McKellar tender for one Side Tilt Combination Dump Body/Spreader Tandem Truck complete with reversible plow and hydraulic operated wing.

07-121 That the Township of McKellar advertise for one public works summer student position.

Visitors: Mr. John Jackson, Planner, was present to discuss with Council, the Meridian Planning Application for a zoning amendment for Part of Lot 28, Concession 10 (Moore).

07-122 That the Township of McKellar direct staff to process an Official Plan Amendment and a Zoning By-law Amendment for Part of Lots 24 and 25, Concession 9 to redesignate the lands from the Inn Commercial Expansion Area to the Waterfront Designation and from the Rural Zone (RU) to the Waterfront 3 (WF3) Zone. The applicant shall enter into the applicable agreements to use the unopened road allowance. Resolution No. 07-107 is hereby rescinded.

07-123 That the Township of McKellar adjourn to meet again on June 4, 2007 or at the call of the Reeve. Meeting adjourned at 11:05 p.m.
