07-63 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the March 19, 2007 Council meeting as circulated.

Visitors: Ms. Lynne Atkinson, Executive Director of the West Parry Sound Health Centre Foundation was present to request that the Township assist the Foundation in informing our seasonal ratepayers of the fundraising campaign currently underway for the Electronic Health Records Program.

07-64 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2007-06, being a by-law to set the 2007 tax ratios, First and Second reading.

07-65 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2007-06, being a by-law to set the 2007 tax ratios, Third reading and Passed in Open Council this 2^nd day of April, 2007.

07-66 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2007-07, being a by-law to establish the 2007 capping parameters, First and Second reading.

07-67 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2007-07 being a by-law to establish the 2007 capping parameters, Third reading and Passed in Open Council this 2^nd day of April, 2007.

07-68 That the Township of McKellar approve General Government Voucher #3 in the amount of $363,151.81 as follows:

07-69 That the Township of McKellar approve Road Voucher #3 in the amount of $27,260.13.

07-70 That the Township of McKellar hereby proclaim June 1 - 30^th , 2007 Senior's Month in the Township of McKellar and encourage all citizens to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of our seniors.

07-71 That the Township of McKellar endorse the county of Huron's resolution encouraging "the Province of Ontario to assume 100% of the Ontario Disability Support Program."

07-72 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Town of Parry Sound's resolution requesting the Near North District School Board "to provide a full and proper reply on how the Board intends to respond to the C.D. Howe Institute's study and improve EQAO results in future tests for schools in the West Parry Sound Area."

07-73 That the Township of McKellar authorize the Clerk to attend the PSAB accounting seminar on April 12, 2007 in Newmarket. Costs to be paid.

07-74 That the Township of McKellar pledge $500.00 to the West Parry Sound District Visual Heritage Project.

07-75 That the Township of McKellar authorize the Treasurer to write off the 2007 United Church manse property taxes, roll No. 003-240.

07-76 That the Township of McKellar instruct the Clerk to prepare a zoning by-law amendment for Part of Lot 27, Concession 3 (Knight) as per application.

07-77 That the Township of McKellar authorize the Reeve to send a letter to ratepayers under the Township letterhead requesting donations to the West Parry Sound Health Centre Electronic Records Project.

07-78 That the Township of McKellar authorize the Road Department staff to attend the Traffic Control Technician training course on May 15, 2007 at Seguin Township. Costs to be paid.

07-79 That the Township of McKellar adjourn to meet again on April 16, 2007 or at the call of the Reeve. Meeting adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
