06-310 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the December 4, 2006 Council meeting as circulated.

06-311 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2006-19, being a by-law to appoint a Municipal Auditor, First and Second reading.

06-312 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2006-19, being a by-law to appoint a Municipal Auditor, Third reading and Passed in Open Council this 18^th day of December, 2006.

06-313 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2006-20, being a by-law to deem Lot 1, Plan 42M550 not to be part of a registered plan of subdivision, First and Second reading.

06-314 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2006-20, being a by-law to deem Lot 1, Plan 42M550 not to be part of a registered plan of subdivision, Third reading and Passed in Open Council this 18^th day of December, 2006.

06-315 That the Township of McKellar hereby appoint Don Brisbane to represent the western area of the District of Parry Sound on the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit for the present term of Council.

06-316 That the Township of McKellar appoint Councillor Jury Naklowych to the Township of McKellar Emergency Management Program Committee.

06-317 That the Township of McKellar, pursuant to Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, move into closed session at 9:38 p.m.

06-318 That the Township of McKellar come out of closed session at 9:44 p.m. and reconvene the meeting.

06-319 That the Township of McKellar accept the reports, recommendations and directions arising from the closed session held December 18, 2006.

06-320 That the Township of McKellar adjourn to meet again on January 8, 2007 or at the call of the Reeve. Meeting adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
