06-287 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the November 20, 2006 Council meeting as circulated.

Visitors: Ms. Shirlene Johnston was present to discuss the rights of way on the Cole property, application for consent, file No. B35/2006. Council was in agreement that any future changes to the rights of way would be dealt with under a separate application.

Mr. Glenn Robinson, Secretary-Treasurer of the Parry Sound Area Planning Board was in attendance to review application for consent, file No. B44/2006 (Hawes).

06-288 That the Township of McKellar approve application for consent, file No. B44/2006 (Hawes) subject to the various commenting agency approvals and the required setback provisions of By-law No. 95-12 being met. Title to Lot 16 and Lot 15 to be placed in the same ownership.

06-289 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2006-18B, being a by-law to appoint Jury Naklowych, a member of council, to act in the Reeve's absence, First and Second reading.

06-290 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2006-18, being a by-law to appoint Jury Naklowych, a member of council, to act in the Reeve's absence, Third reading and Passed in Open Council this 4^th day of December, 2006.

06-291 That the Township of McKellar approve General Government Voucher #11 in the amount of $271,744.26 as follows:

06-292 That the Township of McKellar approve Road Voucher #11 in the amount of $160,916.85.

06-293 That the Township of McKellar appoint the whole of Council to sit on the Committee of Adjustment for 2007.

06-294 That the Township of McKellar authorize interested Councillors to attend the AMO Councillor training session. Costs to be paid.

06-295 That the Township of McKellar appoint the following people to the Township of McKellar Volunteer Fire Department roster: Jamie Whitehall, Phil Jarvis, Ray Fairchild, Coulter Fairchild, Kurtis Brajak and Daniel Hamel.

06-296 That the Township of McKellar include the Deputy Fire Chief in the Fire Department point calculation for volunteers.

06-297 That the Township of McKellar accept the quote of Azimuth Environmental in the amount of $1,000.00 for additional water monitoring at the landfill as per quote and MOE directive.

06-298 That the Township of McKellar establish Committees of Council as per the attached Schedule 'A'.

06-299 That the Township of McKellar nominate Councillor Debbie Zulak to the Belvedere Heights Home for the Aged Board of Management and request support from Area 4 municipalities.

06-300 That the Township of McKellar nominate Reeve Moore to the District of Parry Sound Social Services Administration Board and request support from Area 3 municipalities.

06-301 That the Township of McKellar appoint Councillor Black as the Township's representative on the West Parry Sound Veterinary Unit for the present term of Council.

06-302 That the Township of McKellar appoint Councillor Naklowych as Council representative on the 9-1-1 Operations Committee for the present term of Council. Alternate member shall be the Clerk-Treasurer.

06-303 That the Township of McKellar appoint Councillor Bell as Council representative on the Provincial Offences Act Advisory Committee for the present term of Council.

06-304 That the Township of McKellar appoint Councillor Bell as the Township's representative on the Parry Sound Area Chamber of Commerce for the present term of Council.

06-305 That the Township of McKellar appoint Councillor Bell as the Township's representative on the Community Policing Advisory Committee for the present term of Council.

06-306 That the Township of McKellar appoint Councillors Black and Zulak as the Township's representatives on the Parry Sound Area Planning Board for the present term of Council.

06-307 That the Township of McKellar nominate Councillor Naklowych to the Parry Sound District Emergency Medical Service Committee and request support from the municipalities of Carling, McDougall and Whitestone.

06-308 That the Township of McKellar support the appointment of Bill Church as Ward #3 Director of the Parry Sound Area Municipal Association.

06-309 That the Township of McKellar adjourn to meet again on December 18, 2006 or at the call of the Reeve. Meeting adjourned at 9:55 p.m.
