06-204 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the August 8, 2006 Council meeting as circulated.

06-205 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Town of Powassan's resolution requesting a review of Province of Ontario Order in Council 268/93 such that "each individual municipal council within the province of Ontario be responsible for the development of terms and conditions governing the use of proceeds for the lottery schemes held within their respective municipality to allow municipalities and government agencies to receive lottery proceed funds."

06-206 That the Township of McKellar support the Gordon Cosens Survival Group's resolution requesting that "discussions be held with the Premier of Ontario regarding the socio-economic rights of communities in respect to the transfer of wood supply; the amount of power wielded by the Minister of Natural Resources; and the creation of a task force to tackle these issues."

06-207 That the Township of McKellar instruct the Clerk-Treasurer to apply for funding under Intake 3 of the Canada-Ontario Municipal Rural Infrastructure Fund (COMRIF) for the replacement of Dickinson Bridge. This project is the Township's highest infrastructure priority.

06-208 That the Township of McKellar support the Community Business and Development Centre's request for funding in the amount of $1500.00.

06-209 That the Township of McKellar approve application for Consent, file No. B29/2006 (Levine) subject to the various commenting agency approvals, the applicant deeding a 20 metre right of way to the severed and retained parcels and the applicant paying the parkland requirements. Only one entrance will be permitted off Frontenac Drive (existing).

06-210 That the Township of McKellar adjourn to meet again on September 5, 2006 or at the call of the Reeve. Meeting adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
