06-192 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the July 20, 2006 Special Council meeting as circulated.

06-193 That the Township of McKellar approve General Government Voucher #7 in the amount of $198,197.66 as follows:

06-194 That the Township of McKellar approve Road Voucher #7 in the amount of $50.281.03.

06-195 That the Township of McKellar instruct the Treasurer to transfer the 2005 Health Unit levy overpayment to the Health Care reserve.

06-196 That the Township of McKellar accept the quote of JSW in the amount of $38,791.92 for the supply of four 40 yard bear proof roll-off containers as per quote.

06-197 That the Township of McKellar accept the quote of Signcraft in the amount of $250.00 plus taxes for the supply of a 4' x 8' COMRIF sign as per quote.

06-198 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Township of Woolwich's resolution requesting amendments to proposed Bill 111, an Act to amend the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, to include volunteer firefighters benefiting under the occupational disease and injury sections of the Bill.

06-199 That the Township of McKellar instruct the Clerk to draft a zoning by-law amendment for Part of Lot 23, Concession A (Madigan) as per application.

06-200 That the Township of McKellar apply for funding under the JEPP program for an auxiliary generator to power the Emergency Operations and Evacuation Centre.

06-201 That the Township of McKellar, pursuant to Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, move into closed session at 8:40 p.m.

06-202 That the Township of McKellar come out of closed session at 9:19 p.m. and reconvene the meeting.

06-203 That the Township of McKellar adjourn to meet again on August 21, 2006 or at the call of the Reeve. Meeting adjourned at 9:25 p.m.
