06-164 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the June 19, 2006 Council meeting as circulated.

06-165 That the Township of McKellar approve General Government Voucher #6 in the amount of $384,740.76 as follows:

06-166 That the Township of McKellar approve Road Voucher #6 in the amount of $77,280.77.

06-167 That the Township of McKellar accept the quote of Bay Area Electric Co. Ltd. in the amount of $12,697.40 plus GST for the supply and installation of a water purification system as per quote and specifications.

06-168 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Municipality of Clarington's resolution urging "the Government of Ontario to

06-169 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Regional Municipality of York's resolution urging the Government of Ontario and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario to take immediate action to:

06-170 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands' resolution requesting "that the Provincial Government not implement the recommendation of the Watertight Report to create an Ontario Water Board or transfer jurisdiction of water and wastewater to Regional Municipalities."

06-171 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Eastern Ontario Wardens' Caucus and the Western Ontario Wardens' Caucus resolution petitioning the Minister of Labour "to amend Ontario Regulation 285/01 to include a full exemption from Part VII of the Employment Standards Act, 2000, as amended, for paramedics in the employment of municipalities, other service delivery agents or delegates across the Province of Ontario."

06-172 That the Township of McKellar authorize the Reeve and Clerk to execute the attached site plan amendment agreement with Henry and Bonnie Beier, 581 Centre Road.

06-173 That the Township of McKellar deny application for consent, file No. B19/2006 (Ridge at Manitou) due to Official Plan and Zoning By-law non-conformity.

06-174 That the Township of McKellar approve application for consent, file No. B256/2006 (Brisbin) subject to the various agency approvals and Lot 2 and Lot 1 on Plan 42M-550 being deemed not to be lots on a plan of subdivision such that the severed and retained lots

are merged with the abutting lands and the existing dwelling being either converted to an accessory building, sleeping cabin or demolished. All provisions of Zoning By-law No. 95-12 as amended to be adhered to. Applicant to deed to the municipality that portion of land 10 metres from the centre line of the road allowance as it abuts the proposed retained and severed parcels should a survey reveal an encroachment.

06-175 That the Township of McKellar approve application for consent, file No. B26/2006 (Fawcett) subject to the various commenting agency approvals. The Planning Board is put on notice that the concession allowance fronting the severed parcel is not a Township maintained roadway.

06-176 That the Township of McKellar hire Paul Forth, OLS to mark out and survey the remainder of Lakeview Cemetery as per quote.

06-177 That the Township of McKellar accept the quote of L.U. Maughan Company in the amount of $1, 750.00 to survey the west limit of Catherine Street and to prepare a Reference Plan for the bridge abutment as per quote.

06-178 That the Township of McKellar accept the estimate of L.U. Maughan Company, not to exceed $5,975.00, to locate the centre of unopened road allowance along Concession B, Lots 21, 22 and 23 as it abuts Lots 26, Concession 11 and Lots 25, Concession 12 and Concession line between Lots 23 and 24, Concession B. Treasurer is hereby authorized to transfer payment from the Parkland account for trail development.

06-179 That the Township of McKellar adjourn to meet again on July 17, 2006 or at the call of the Reeve. Meeting adjourned at 11:25 p.m.
