06-130 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the May 1, 2006 Council meeting as circulated.

Visitors: Mr. Glenn Robinson, Secretary-Treasurer of the Parry Sound Area Planning Board was present to review with Council, Consent Application, File No. B14/2006 and B15/2006 (McNair/Pinnington)

06-131 That the Township of McKellar provide funding assistance to the West Parry Sound District Museum for the 2006 fiscal year in the amount of $8,704.99.

06-132 That the Township of McKellar withdraw its appointment of Reeve Moore to the West Parry Sound District Museum.

06-133 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2006-11, being a by-law to adopt the estimates of all sums required for 2006, Third reading and passed in Open Council this 15^th day of May, 2006.

06-134 That the Township of McKellar rescind resolution of Council No. 2005-17, a resolution to authorize in principle the use of reserve funds for the development of affordable seniors housing at Belvedere Heights.

06-135 That the Township of McKellar do not accept any proposals for the supply and installation of a water treatment system at the Community Centre.

06-136 That the Township of McKellar request quotes for survey work at Lakeview Cemetery.

06-137 That the Township of McKellar accept the quote of Armtec Limited in the amount of $4,758.80 for the supply and delivery of culverts as per quote.

06-138 That the Township of McKellar amend resolution No. 2006-128 by inserting "and crown land" after "private land".

06-139 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Township of Essa's resolution requesting the Minister of Transportation "to exempt Road Service Vehicles from Section 69 of the Highway Traffic Act in order that such vehicles may legally attach tire chains or cables to the wheels for increased steering control and traction reasons during severe winter road conditions."

06-140 That the Township of McKellar does hereby support the Parry Sound Area Municipal Airport Commission in their application to have the Parry Sound Area Municipal Airport approved for the CANPASS Program.

06-141 That the Township of McKellar approve Application for Consent, File No. B14/2006 and B15/2006 subject to the various agency approvals and a minor variance being applied for to recognize the reduced lot size of the retained parcel should a survey reveal such.

06-142 That the Township of McKellar adjourn to meet again on June 5, 2006 or at the call of the Reeve. Meeting adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
