06-61 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the March 6, 2006 Council meeting as circulated.

06-62 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2006-07, being a by-law to deem Lots 52-55, Plan M-142 in the Township of McKellar not to be part of a registered Plan of Subdivision, First and Second reading.

06-63 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2006-07, being a by-law to deem Lots 52-55, Plan M-142 in the Township of McKellar not to be part of a registered Plan of Subdivision, Third reading and passed in Open Council this 20^th day of March 2006.

06-64 That the Township of McKellar instruct the Clerk to tender for the following:

06-65 That the Township of McKellar proceed with design work on the Broadbent Bridge as per Totten Sims Hubicki Associates letter of March 3, 2006.

06-66 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Region of Durham's resolution requesting that the Government of Ontario remove the barriers to family physicians who wish to relocate their medical practices to Ontario from other provinces.

06-67 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Township of King's resolution supporting the efforts of the Ontario Farmland Trust in regards to:

06-68 That the Township of McKellar endorse the County of Grey's resolution urging the Association of Municipalities of Ontario and the provincial Government "to develop a plan to begin to address this municipal financial crisis, by contributing to municipalities, beginning in 2006, a Provincial commitment to Ontario's municipalities, of $600 million per year for the next five years, this commitment will begin to address the serious financial crisis facing municipalities in Ontario."

06-69 That the Township of McKellar donate $300.00 to the McDougall School Council to be used towards the Victoria Day long weekend fireworks display at McDougall School.

06-70 That the Township of McKellar supports the 2006 Census and encourages all residents to complete their census forms online at www.census2006.ca or by mail by Tuesday May 16, 2006, so that accurate and complete data will be available to support programs and social services that benefit us all.

06-71 That the Township of McKellar authorize the Road Superintendent to attend the OGRA Basic Report Writing and Presentation Skills course in Guelph on May 7-10, 2006. Costs to be paid.

06-72 That the Township of McKellar authorize the Clerk-Treasurer to attend the annual AMCTO conference in June. Costs to be paid.

06-73 That the Township of McKellar, pursuant to Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, move into closed session at 8:22 p.m.

06-74 That the Township of McKellar come out of closed session at 8:35 p.m. and reconvene the meeting.

06-75 That the Township of McKellar regretfully accept the resignation of Ward Stoneman.

06-76 That the Township of McKellar advertise for the position of full time Equipment Operator.

06-77 That the Township of McKellar adjourn to meet again on April 3, 2006 or at the call of the Reeve. Meeting adjourned at 9:27 p.m.
