06-49 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the February 20, 2006 Council meeting as circulated.

06-50 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2006-06, being a by-law to stop up, close and sell Part of Charles Avenue, designated as parts 10 and 11 on Plan 42R-17321, First and Second reading.

06-51 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2006-06, being a by-law to stop up, close and sell Part of Charles Avenue, designated as parts 10 and 11 on Plan 42R-17321, Third reading and passed in Open Council this 6^th day of March, 2006.

06-52 That the Township of McKellar approve General Government Voucher #2 in the amount of $75,574.60 as follows:

06-53 That the Township of McKellar approve Road Voucher #2 in the amount of $29,323.04.

06-54 That the Township of McKellar accept the 2005 audited financial statements as prepared by Michael Turner, C.A.

06-55 That the Township of McKellar endorse the City of Kawartha Lakes' resolution requesting that the Government of Ontario "take the necessary action to place Source Water protection with the MNR."

06-56 That the Township of McKellar endorse the City of Kawartha Lakes' resolution requesting the Government of Ontario to "immediately assume responsibility for full cost of MPAC (Municipal Property Assessment Corporation) and their services."

06-57 That the Township of McKellar authorize the Reeve and Clerk to execute the contract renewal with the Ontario SPCA.

06-58 That the Township of McKellar authorize the Reeve and Clerk to execute the attached site plan agreement with M. Schuurman and E. Schaak.

06-59 That the Township of McKellar donate $100.00 to the Broadbent Snowbugs Children's Easter party on March 26, 2006.

06-60 That the Township of McKellar adjourn to meet again on March 20, 2006 or at the call of the Reeve. Meeting adjourned at 9:44 p.m.
