06-40 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the February 6, 2006 Council meeting as circulated.

Visitors: Mr. Glenn Robinson, Secretary of the Planning board was present to discuss Application for Consent, file No. B65/05 (Savile).

Mr. Paul Forth, O.L.S., agent for the applicant of file No. B65/05 was also in attendance to present to council a revised sketch which takes into consideration the MDS formula and Section 3.26 of By-Law No. 95-12. Mr. Forth also presented Council with evidence that the Township owns the roadway abutting the subject property.

06-41 That the Township of McKellar approve Application for Consent, file No. B65/2005 (Savile) subject to the various commenting agency approvals. Applicant shall be subject to the MDS requirements should the Planning Board deem them to apply. Consent shall be subject to a rezoning should Section 3.26 of By-law No. 95-12 not be met, all as per the attached sketch.

06-42 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2006-05, being a by-law to rezone Lots 52 to 55, Plan M-142, First and Second reading.

06-43 That the Township of McKellar give By-law No. 2006-05, being a by-law to rezone Lots 52 to 55, Plan M-142, Third reading and passed in Open Council this 20^th day of February, 2006.

06-44 That the Township of McKellar authorize the Reeve and Clerk to execute the Municipal Forest Fire Management Agreement with the Ministry of Natural Resources dated April 1, 2006.

06-45 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Municipality of Morris-Turnberry's resolution requesting that the Government of Ontario "review and amend the Negligence Act R.S.O. 1990, to place limits on court claim settlements, where a Municipality is found only partially liable."

06-46 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Town of Halton Hills resolution requesting that the Government of Ontario make the "Federal Gas Tax Funding" for Municipalities a permanent program.

06-47 That the Township of McKellar support in principle the Ontario Visual Heritage Project.

06-48 That the Township of McKellar adjourn to meet again on March 6, 2006 or at the call of the Reeve. Meeting adjourned at 9:48 p.m.
