06-32 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the January 23, 2006 Council meeting as circulated.

Visitor: Ms. Janice Haskim was present to discuss with Council a proposal to locate a Chip Truck at Minerva's Mill Pond. Reeve Moore thanked Ms. Haskim for attending and stated that Council would consider the proposed use for the park.

06-33 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2006-04, being a by-law to authorize voting by mail for the 2006 municipal election, First and Second reading.

06-34 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2006-04, being a by-law to authorize voting by mail for the 2006 municipal election, Third reading and Passed in Open Council this 6^th day of February, 2006.

06-35 That the Township of McKellar approve General Government Voucher #12A and #1 in the amount of $155,050.91 as follows:

06-36 That the Township of McKellar approve Road Voucher #12A and #1 in the amount of $29,651.01.

06-37 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Niagara Region's resolution requesting "that the Government of the Province of Ontario remove the obligation of funding the many social programs through the municipal property tax base."

06-38 That the Township of McKellar do not release the security deposit for the Ridge at Manitou Inc. Site Plan Agreement until such time as the terms of Schedule 'D' are met.

06-39 That the Township of McKellar adjourn to meet again on February 20, 2006 or at the call of the Reeve. Meeting adjourned at 9:28 p.m.
