06-24 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the January 9, 2006 Council meeting as circulated.

06-25 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2006-03, being a by-law to authorize the execution of agreements to release the Township from the Information Centre Agreement and transfer the Township's interest to the Township of Seguin, First and Second reading.

06-26 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2006-03, being a by-law to authorize the execution of agreements to release the Township from the Information Centre Agreement and transfer the Township's interest to the Township of Seguin, Third reading and Passed in Open Council this 23rd day of January, 2006.

06-27 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Township of South Stormont's resolution supporting Bill 25, a Private Member's Bill to preserve the grave sites of former premiers of Ontario.

06-28 That the Township of McKellar support the Town of Greater Napanee's position regarding the expansion of the Richmond Landfill Site as outlined in their letter to all Ontario Municipalities dated January 12, 2006.

06-29 That the Township of McKellar oppose Section 23 of Bill 51, an Act to amend the Planning Act and other Acts, whereby private sector energy development projects in excess of 2 megawatts could be exempt from the requirements of the Planning Act.

06-30 That the Township of McKellar have no objection to ATI Racing holding a triathlon event on July 16, 2006 in McKellar provided that the Township is named as an additional insured on the race policy.
