05-320 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the November 21, 2005 Council meeting as circulated.

05-321 That the Township of McKellar, pursuant to Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, move into closed session at 4:02 p.m.

05-322 That the Township of McKellar come out of closed session at 4:15 p.m. and reconvene the meeting.

05-323 That the Township of McKellar accept the reports, recommendations and directions arising from the closed session held November 25, 2005.

05-324 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2005-27, being a by-law to appoint a Fire Chief/Emergency Management Coordinator, First and Second reading.

05-325 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2005-27, being a by-law to appoint a Fire Chief/Emergency Management Coordinator, Third reading and Passed in Open Council this 25^th day of November, 2005.

05-326 That the Township of McKellar approve the policy and fee schedule for rentals at the Community Centre as per the attached Schedule 'A'. Resolution No. 05-257 is hereby repealed.

05-327 That the Township of McKellar adjourn to meet again on December 5, 2005 or at the call of the Reeve. Meeting adjourned at 4:22 p.m.
