Visitors: Mr. Ted Stroud was in attendance to present to Council a petition regarding a firewood operation on Sharon Park Drive. It was Mr. Stroud's submission that this operation was in contravention of the Zoning By-law.

05-302 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the November 7, 2005 Council meeting as circulated.

05-303 That the Township of McKellar instruct the By-law Enforcement Officer to enforce the provisions of Zoning By-law No. 95-12 as it applies to 9 Sharon Park Drive.

05-304 That the Township of McKellar, pursuant to Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, hereby deem that further notice is not required for By-law No. 2005-24.

05-305 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2005-24, being a by-law to rezone part of Lots 17 and 18, Concession 12, Third reading and Passed in Open Council this 21^st day of November, 2005.

05-306 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2005-26, being a by-law to regulate open air burning, First and Second reading.

05-308 That the Township of McKellar advertise the following Christmas hours:

05-309 That the Township of McKellar reschedule the January 2006 meetings of Council to January 9, 2006 and January 23, 2006.

05-310 That the Township of McKellar authorize the Reeve and Clerk to execute the Letter of Agreement with the Ontario Trillium Foundation dated November 4, 2005.

05-311 That the Township of McKellar endorse Loyalist Township's resolution requesting "that the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs include fishers as predators for which claims for injured or killed livestock can be reimbursed."

05-312 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Township of Chisholm's resolution petitioning the Minister of Natural Resources to "immediately move to reinstate the spring bear hunt."

05-313 That the Township of McKellar approve application for consent, file No. B55/2005 (Fox) subject to the various agency approvals. All existing buildings to conform to the Zoning By-law after lot lines have been reconfigured.

05-314 That the Township of McKellar donate $50.00 to the 1^st McKellar Pathfinders Santa Claus Parade Float.

05-315 That the Township of McKellar, pursuant to Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, move into closed session at 9:03 p.m.

05-316 That the Township of McKellar come out of closed session at 10:29 p.m. and reconvene the meeting.

05-317 That the Township of McKellar authorize the Reeve to submit the attached letter to the Township of Seguin.

05-318 That the Township of McKellar instruct the Clerk-Treasurer to establish a reserve fund for the Federal Gas Tax Funding and deposit the 2005 allocation of $18,192.91 into this reserve account.

05-319 That the Township of McKellar adjourn to meet again on December 5, 2005 or at the call of the Reeve. Meeting adjourned at 10:37 p.m.
