05-229 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the September 6, 2005 Council meeting as circulated.

05-230 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2005-19, being a by-law to regulate Open Air Burning, First and Second reading.

05-231 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2005-19, being a by-law to regulate Open Air Burning, Third reading and Passed in Open Council this 19^th day of September, 2005.

05-232 That the Township of McKellar accept the bid of National Roofing in the amount of $34,525.00 plus GST for the replacement of the roof at the Community Centre as per tender and specifications.

05-233 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville's resolution requesting the Minister of Culture to review the proposed budget cuts to the Ontario Library Services.

05-234 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Township of North Frontenac's resolution recommending that the Provincial Government develop and institute minimum capital program funding thresholds that are inversely proportionate to their permanent and non-permanent populations.

05-235 That the Township of McKellar endorse the City of Kawartha Lakes' resolution encouraging the provincial and federal governments "to create tax credits for parents who make expenditures on registration and equipment fees for children participating in minor sports."

05-236 That the Township of McKellar endorse the City of Kawartha Lakes' resolution encouraging the provincial and federal governments to create a tax credit for parents who make expenditures on registration and associated costs for children participating in organizations such as Boy Scouts, Girl Guides, 4-H and Cadets.

05-237 That the Township of McKellar accept the quote of Dell Canada in the amount of $5,823.00 plus tax for the supply and delivery of 3 workstations as per quote.

05-238 That the Township of McKellar accept the quote of Connor Industries in the amount of $5,441.60 plus applicable taxes for the supply and installation of one 102" Commercial snow plow and accessories as per quote.

05-239 That the Township of McKellar set the mileage rate at .45 per kilometre effective September 1, 2005.

05-240 That the Township of McKellar adjourn to meet again on October 3, 2005 or at the call of the Reeve. Meeting adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
