05-192 That the Township of McKellar accept the donation of Block B, Plan 249 and agree to pay legal costs for the transfer to a maximum of $1,000.00 and further authorize the Treasurer to write off all taxes owing and issue a receipt for the assessed value of the donation.

05-193 That the Township of McKellar accept the tender bid of Fowler Construction Company in the amount of $378,355.40 plus G.S.T. for the supply and application of granular, double surface treatment and related work as per tender and authorize the Reeve and Clerk to execute the contract agreement.

05-194 That the Township of McKellar instruct the Road Superintendent to approve the issuance of an entrance permit to the Ridge at Manitou off Centre Road at Part of Lot 21, Concession 7 subject to the attached conditions.

05-195 That the Township of McKellar endorse the City of Clarence-Rockland's resolution petitioning the Provincial government to "consider amending the formula used to calculate a municipality's debt capacity by excluding debts for public utilities in order to allow a municipality to increase the financing of capital projects such as roads, bridges and other municipal infrastructures which are reimbursed through property taxes."
