05-172 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the June 20, 2005 Council meeting as circulated.

Visitors: Mrs. Myrna Fenton was present to discuss with Council the replacement of the playground equipment at the Community Centre, an addition to the Community Hall and sidewalks in the village. Mrs. Fenton also questioned Council's remuneration and the Township's reserve accounts and assessment figures. Reeve Moore indicated that the 2004 financial statements were available and thanked Mrs. Fenton for her comments.

05-173 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2005-15, being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Loss of Revenue agreement with the Ministry of Transportation, First and Second reading.

05-174 That the Township of McKellar hereby give By-law No. 2005-15, being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Loss of Revenue agreement with the Ministry of Transportation, Third reading and Passed in Open Council this 4th day of July, 2005.
