05-159 That the Township of McKellar approve Application for Consent, file No. B13/2005 (Colbourne) subject to the various commenting agency approvals and the applicant deeding to the Township that portion of land 10 metres from the centre line of the travelled road as it abuts the proposed retained and severed parcels should a survey reveal an encroachment. Applicant to confirm a minimum of 20 metres of frontage on the year round maintained portion of Dickinson Road for the retained parcel.
