05-198 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the August 2, 2005 Council meeting as circulated.

05-199 That the Township of McKellar authorize the Reeve and Clerk to execute the attached waterline agreement with W. Thomas and C. Thomas.

05-200 That the Township of McKellar authorize the Road Superintendent to issue an Over-Dimensional/Overweight permit to Wayne Hall Construction Inc. as per application dated August 9, 2005 subject to fulfilment of the attached conditions.

05-201 That the Township of McKellar authorize the Fire Chief or designate to attend the Essentials of Fire Protection seminar in North Bay on October 3/4, 2005. Costs to be paid.

05-202 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Township of Wellington North's resolution requesting the Province of Ontario to "consider the level of funding received in 2004 as a minimum level of core funding with annual adjustments to reflect local cost increases and increased municipal responsibilities due to legislative changes from time to time."

05-203 That the Township of McKellar are in agreement to accept a conveyance of part of the Hurdville Road in Lot 26, Concession 3 from J. Crisci. All cost involved in the said transaction to be borne by Mr. Crisci.

05-204 That the Township of McKellar instruct the Clerk to prepare a zoning by-law amendment for Lot 19, Concession 12 as per application of D. Stoch.

05-205 That the Township of McKellar approve application for consent, file No. B42/2005 (Heder) subject to the various agency approvals and the applicant rezoning the retained parcel to permit the reduced lot size.

05-206 That the Township of McKellar instruct the Waste Attendant to clean up around the Attendant's shed and keep the area free of garbage and debris.

Public Notice Announcement

Pursuant to Sections 391 and 427 of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001 and By-law No. 2003-04, Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Township of McKellar intends to consider a By-law to provide for the regulation of Open Air Burning and adopt fees and charges for services provided under the By-law at its regular meeting on September 6, 2005 at 7:00 p.m.

Written comments and/or verbal comments will be considered at the public meeting on September 6, 2005.

For further information or a copy of the proposed By-law, please contact the Municipal Office during regular office hours.
