Special Council Meeting Minutes April 27, 2005

Present: Reeve David Moore and Councillors Gerald Bell, Leonard Brown, Jury Naklowych and Debbie Zulak

Staff: Clerk-Treasurer, Shawn Boggs, Fire Chief, Don Hindle, Road Superintendent, Kevin Murphy, Librarian, Joan Ward and Library Board member Rey Knighton

05-103 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the April 18, 2005 Council meeting as circulated.

05-104 That the Township of McKellar, pursuant to Section 239(9)(d) of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, move into closed session at 6:30 p.m.

05-105 That the Township of McKellar come out of closed session at 6:43 p.m. and reconvene the meeting.

Staff presented and reviewed with Council their draft 2005 budgets for their respective departments.

05-106 That the Township of McKellar authorize the Road Superintendent to issue an Over-Dimensional/Overweight permit to Parry Sound Ready-Mix as per application dated April 22, 2005 subject to fulfillment of the attached conditions.
