04-278 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Town of Woodstock's resolution requesting the Premier and the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing "to take immediate action to amend Section 319 of the Ontario Municipal Act that deals with Tax Deferrals for relief from financial hardships and introduce amendments to allow each single-tier and lower-tier municipality the opportunity to provide a Municipal Property Tax Deferral Program targeted towards low income seniors and disabled persons as defined by Regulation."
