04-251 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the September 7, 2004 Council meeting as circulated.

04-252 That the Township of McKellar accept the tender of Adams Bros. Construction in the amount of $16,585.00 for the demolition and removal of the old public works garage as per tender.
