04-226 That the Township of McKellar accept the minutes of the August 9, 2004 Council meeting as circulated.

Visitors: Mr. Glenn Robinson, Planner, was present to review application for consent, file B25/2004, B27/2004 and B24/2004 with Council. After discussion, Council was in agreement to defer a decision on file B24/2004.

04-227 That the Township of McKellar endorse the Township of Madawaska's resolution requesting the "repeal of all sections of Regulation 170/03 that deal with untreated water systems."

04-228 That the Township of McKellar declare the week of October 18-24th, 2004 as Waste Reduction Week in the Township of McKellar.

04-229 That the Township of McKellar accept a conveyance of Part 3, Plan 42R-9538 from J. Jackson subject to Part 4, Plan 42R-9538 also being conveyed to the Township simultaneously.
